Had Travis as my trainer for 2 months but had to stop due to moving. I've had different trainers in the DFW but Travis IS THAT trainer who'll get you where you want.The Durant method is simple,easily executable, and yields results. He emphasizes form. I never had any soreness which was a problem with other trainers.He also pays attention unlike other trainers who are always on their phones during reps. Travis is the trainer you want.YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG.

I wish I could select all the options listed for Travis because he is by far above and beyond the best trainer I've ever worked with. Travis did a great job of guiding me through my 36 pound weight loss over a four month period, which I have managed to maintain three months later. I have always been interested in nutrition but was struggling to lose weight until I started working with Travis. I had to put in the work but he was there every step of the way, getting me back on track and holding me accountable when I struggled to stick to the plan. Dropped 2 blood pressure medications and feel better than I have in 10+ years; I couldn’t be more grateful for his help.
