Hi, Iā€™m Travis Durant, I have always been a competitive person. At a young age, I knew I hated losing, whether it be in sports or when playing games. Through failures, learning and experiences, my mindset has changed. The results were easy to achieve once learning the secret to becoming better mentally and physically.

Many People have expectations of looking a certain way or just feeling better about themselves. But with all the information that is out there today, it is hard knowing who to follow and trust. After many years of helping family and friends, I am taking on a bigger challenge; guiding people with the right method to succeed, The Durant Method.

The Durant Method is a fitness method driven by understanding your why and the steps and actions to achieve your goals.
